Creating a trustworthy brand with an established feel.
Founded in 2010, OSL is dedicated to supplying and integrating innovative systems that create safer spaces globally for all. The team approached EV to modernise their branding to align with their updated marketing strategy for 2023.
We started with a thorough brand workshop and stakeholder interviews, alongside an extensive brand audit and research, to develop a clear vision for the OSL brand.
Our objective was to create a simple, trustworthy brand with an established feel. We developed a clean, typographic logo, incorporating an adapted ‘O’ to abstractly represent radar detection – a key component of OSL’s situational intelligence solution. We then adapted the ‘O’ to use as a graphical device to develop a framework for consistent and adaptable brand implementation.

A key aspect of the rebrand was exploring how best to communicate the scope of OSL’s technology solutions across a range of scenarios. For this, we developed bespoke isometric illustrations allowing OSL to showcase its entire product range clearly and concisely for the first time.
