The team also aimed to have a sector-leading employer brand that attracted the best and brightest talent, while championing diversity. The primary objective of our rebrand was therefore to create a balance brand which could speak to their target demographic but also support their culture-first approach.

We developed an exciting, bold identity whose striking design effectively stands out in their sector. The icon itself is inspired by strands of proteins, tying in with their proposition, while the vibrant colour palette introduced a playfulness and openness not often synonymous with laboratory environments.
